1. There is one prize of a 7-day holiday for two people in California, including 3 nights SF - variety of adventure theme activities included such as Urban Safari, Academy of Sciences, CityPass, 2 nights Gold Country (could include Sacramento) - white water rafting (seasonal), cave exploring, gold panning, hiking, biking, wine touring, 2 nights Mariposa/Yosemite - valley floor tour, zip lining, river rafting, Kayaking, snow shoeing/nordic (seasonal).
2. The £500 of The North Face gear is redeemable from Ellis Brigham stores and cannot be transferred for cash.
3. The trip is for land only and does not include international/ domestic airfares or gratuities.
4. The prize includes car rental for the duration of the stay in California (8 days).
5. The prize includes a video camera, and in return, the winner will need to film a minimum of one video experiencing each destination. The promotion authorities will have the rights to use the video for further promotional activities.
6. The winner will be required to blog about each of the destinations visited, a minimum of one post/blog per destination is required.
7. The prize does not include transfers to the airport in the UK, any meals other than those stated or spending money/ fuel. Inoculations, visas and adequate travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and are not covered by the prize.
8. The winner if the prize must book it by and complete all travel between December 2012 and December 15 2013, subject to availability. Black-out dates include but are not limited to Christmas, New Year and New Year's Eve. Alternative travel dates are not available.
9. Once the trip is booked and confirmed, any amendments to the booking will be at the winner's cost.
10. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport.  The Driver must be over 25 years of age.
11. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
12. The prize supplier will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip.
13. Only one entry per person.
14. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries. Photocopies of the entry form will not be accepted.
15. The prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The
promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value. The prize is non-transferable.
16. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
